How does the return policy work?

Since we offer almost exclusively personalized and made-to-order products, they are excluded from the regular exchange policy.

We kindly ask for your understanding that we have tailored the production of your item entirely to your preferences, and therefore, we cannot offer returns.

How can I cancel my purchase? As all the items we produce are custom-made, they are not eligible for cancellation or returns.

Can I exchange an item directly? As all the items we produce are custom-made, they are not eligible for exchanges.

Will my money be refunded for defective goods? If your product is damaged, or if parts of the delivery are missing, please contact our customer service at info(@)lillagreen.com.

Please understand that a refund of your money is not possible for custom-made products. Our products are exclusively crafted according to your specifications and cannot be reutilized in case of a return.

What do I do if my product exhibits colour deviations? If you’re not satisfied with the colour reproduction of your print, we sincerely apologize.

Please note: When viewing your file on a monitor, it’s backlit and may appear brighter and more vibrant than a non-backlit print. Every monitor, including displays on smartphones, tablets, etc., has different colour settings. Monitors, in particular, are often adjusted by the user to their personal preferences.

Most of the observed colour deviations are usually due to these settings. Our workplace monitors and, especially, our production printers are regularly calibrated for colour accuracy to ensure precise colour reproduction.

Your satisfaction is of great importance to us! If you are not satisfied with any of your products, please send us an email at info(@)lillagreen.com. Please attach 2-3 photos and a short video of the received product directly to your email and briefly explain why you are not satisfied with it. We will be happy to look into an appropriate solution for you on an individual basis.

Return process: Before returning an item to us, we would like to examine your case in detail. Often, a return can be avoided. Therefore, we kindly ask you to refrain from returning items without prior communication. We are unable to provide complimentary return shipping. You may inquire about the cost at your nearest local post office.
