Every single day! Professor Eizaburo had suffered from a cerebral haemorrhage. One day he passed away while he was at work without returning to Shibuya station… Hachiko continued to wait at the station for 9 years, 9 months and 15 days! Nowadays Hachiko is a symbol of unconditional loyalty, not only in Japan!
